These terms set out the rules of the road for using RaseedX. By starting the bot or using the website, you agree to them. They're written in plain language so you actually have a chance of reading them.

1. What RaseedX is

RaseedX is a coordination protocol: a Telegram bot that helps two people find each other and structure a peer-to-peer transfer of digital balances (mobile credit, e-wallet balances, etc.). It is not a bank, a money transmitter, an escrow service, or a financial institution. RaseedX does not hold, send, or receive any funds on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RaseedX. By using the bot you confirm that you are. You also confirm that using a peer-to-peer balance-trading service is legal where you live.

3. Your responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of every offer you post, every address you type, and every confirmation you send.
• You are responsible for actually transferring the balance you agreed to transfer, on the network you specified, before the deadline you accepted.
• You are responsible for verifying that you received what your counterparty owed you before you mark the deal complete inside the bot.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure.

5. Disputes

If a deal goes wrong, raise a dispute inside the bot. A mediator may review the messages and timestamps and propose a resolution. The mediator's role is to help reach a fair outcome, not to enforce one — RaseedX has no legal authority over either party. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the bot, you may pursue the matter through normal legal channels under the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. What you may not do

• Use RaseedX to launder money, finance illegal activity, or facilitate transactions in goods or services that are illegal where you or your counterparty live.
• Use the bot to harass, threaten, defame, or scam other users.
• Manipulate the reputation system (creating fake deals with yourself, paying for ratings, brigading negative ratings, etc.).
• Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or otherwise abuse the API or the bot.
• Impersonate other users, brokers, or the RaseedX team.

7. Account suspension

We may suspend or remove your access from the bot if you violate these terms, repeatedly abandon deals, accumulate confirmed dispute losses against you, or behave in a way that endangers other users. We will normally tell you why.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the bot will be available at all times, that it will be free of bugs, that messages will always be delivered, or that your data will be preserved without loss. We do back up bot.db regularly, but we cannot promise zero data loss in worst-case scenarios.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RaseedX and its operators are not liable for losses you incur as a result of using the service, including but not limited to: counterparty fraud or non-performance, transfer errors you make, downtime, data loss, or third-party (Telegram / Hetzner / Cloudflare / mobile operator) failures.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. If we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top and post a notice in the bot. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Libya, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where local law in your jurisdiction provides protections that cannot be waived, those protections still apply to you.
