Privacy Policy

RaseedX is a peer-to-peer trading protocol delivered as a Telegram bot. We try to collect as little as possible. This page tells you exactly what we do collect, where it's stored, and what we do with it — in plain language.

1. What we collect

When you start the bot (/start) and use it to trade, we store the following inside our own database (bot.db) on our server:

• Your Telegram numeric user ID and (if you have set one) your Telegram username. These are provided to the bot by Telegram when you message it.
• Your language preference (Arabic or English).
• The offers you create (what balance you have, what you want, the asset/network), and the deals they turn into (counterparty, amounts, addresses you typed in for the transfer, deal status, timestamps).
• The ratings you receive from counterparties after each deal, and the trust score the bot computes from those ratings and your deal history.
• If you opt to act as a broker (escrow), the bot stores your broker profile (display name, fee, notes) and your broker stats.
• Records of any disputes you raise or are party to, including the messages exchanged during the dispute.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not collect your real name, phone number, ID number, address, email, or any government-issued document.
• We do not see or store payment-card details, bank accounts, or wallet private keys. RaseedX never holds money — counterparties transfer balances directly to each other.
• We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
• The bot does not request access to your Telegram contacts, files, or messages outside the conversation with the bot itself.

3. Where it lives

Our bot.db file lives on a server we rent from Hetzner in Falkenstein, Germany. Caddy and Cloudflare front the public website. Cloudflare may see request metadata (IP, user-agent, page URL) for security and CDN purposes — see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

4. What is publicly visible

The website at raseedx.com / raseedx.ly displays:

• Aggregate stats only: total active users, deals completed, completion rate, average deal time. These are counts — no individual data.
• The reputation lookup exposes, for each user who has completed at least 5 deals: their Telegram username, deal count, average rating, rating count, trust score, and broker badge if applicable. Users with fewer than 5 completed deals are not searchable from the website.

Inside the Telegram bot, your reputation is visible to people you actively trade with — that's how the trust system works.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. The only third parties that touch any data are operational infrastructure (Telegram, Hetzner, Cloudflare), strictly to deliver messages and serve pages. We have no advertising or marketing partners.

6. Retention & deletion

Deal records are kept indefinitely so the trust system has a complete history. If you want your account data deleted, message Raseedxbot@gmail.com from the same email or contact the bot — we will remove your username and offers, and anonymize past deal records (the ratings remain attached to the counterparties so their reputation is not affected).

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS (Let's Encrypt + Cloudflare). The stats API opens bot.db read-only and never writes. Per-IP rate limits cap reputation lookups to prevent scraping.

8. Children

RaseedX is not intended for users under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the bot.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and post a note on the bot.
